I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even ordering pizza delivery to my room. The room and facilities were kept clean, and fresh towels and sheets were provided every day. The location was convenient and central, with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast buffet, included in the room rate, was decent and filling.

There was some communication problems in English, but this considered no so important as the Hotel staff was very polite.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always happy to assist with requests. the rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay during my business trip.

The noise level in the rooms can be an issue. Street noise and noise from neighboring rooms can be disturbing during the evening.

The location is good as well as the price. The hotel is renovated with modern bathroom and design.

Very noisy because of the heavy traffic on the street. For one full day there was no electricity.There was a basket woth fruits as a compliment from the hotel when you arrive but the next day the cleaning lady left her used chewing gum on top of it. One of the days the room was not cleaned at all!! The staff does not speak English.There were spider webs hanging from the walls.

Great Location and Decent Amenities

The hotel was located in a superb location. It was very convenient to access different attractions. It was just a few minutes walk from the metro station and easy to get to the city center. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were decently sized, clean and tidy. , the breakfast was very delicious with a good selection of food.

The hotel was quite noisy, especially during the night. It was also difficult to communicate with some staff as they had limited English proficiency.

Clean, friendly, very conveniently located, secure and suite was spacious.

No English at the front desk. Not a major problem but for location and client type a bit surprising.

Location was good for our purposes

Sent laundry away but underwear was missing on it's return and not discovered until we moved to Cannakale. not happy.

The welcome gifts, including personalised welcome lettter, were one of the nicest things ever happened to me while travelling. Adding to that, that the receptionist's politeness, regardless of lack of English, but combined with charming smile, made my departure bearable ((she had me checked out on 08.02.2011)

the hotel staff is very nice, but hardly speak english, so it's quite difficult to communicate with them. the rooms above the street are very noisy.

The quote was in euros (200 euros)....the charge was in turkish lira, and finally i paid 209 euros. Why?

its breakfast was perfect.it was almost 20minutes to the beach. my room everyday was cleaned.
